Too much to do and not enough time to do it all – your club probably needs more volunteers! There are many factors influencing recruitment of volunteers – here are a few to consider in order to maximise the likelihood of getting a ‘yes’ instead of a ‘no’ when you ask someone to volunteer.  

The primary role of the club registrar in an amateur sports club is to manage member registrations and membership renewals each year. The role also involves assisting coaches with team sheets and updates on who is available to train / play having paid their membership subscriptions.

The Communications Officer role at any sports club plays a vital role in sharing club information with the general public.
